The construction of the new gym and studio is, thanks to all the wonderful donations, financially secured. However, donations to support further developments of Duhovka Elementary are still possible and welcome!

Donations can be made by natural persons and legal entities. 

Any donations, no matter how high, is warmly welcome. Donations can be made also repeatedly in smaller amounts.

You can deduct your donation from your taxes.  The possibility of deducting donations in the amount of 30% is still valid for the 2024 tax year for natural persons and for legal entities. This increase was already in effect at the time of Covid and has now been extended due to the war conflict in Ukraine (according to § 1 Act No. 128/2022 Coll. on measures in the field of taxation in connection with armed conflict in the territory of Ukraine).

Donor - a natural person

  • value of donations at least 2% of the tax base or at least CZK 1.000
  • maximum 15% of the tax base

For the tax year 2024 the value of gratuitous performance in the aggregate of not more than 30% of the tax base may be deducted from the tax base in accordance with §15(1) of the Income Tax Act (No. 586/1992).

Donor - legal entity 

  • value of the donation at least CZK 2.000
  • maximum 10% of the tax base
  • the deduction may not be applied by entities not established for the purpose of business

For the tax year 2024 the value of gratuitous performance in the aggregate of not more than 30% of the tax base may be deducted from the tax base in accordance with §20(8) of the Income Tax Act (No. 586/1992).
